How we work with a brand

A transparent, predictable process from the first request to shipment — clear to your production team

01. Tech-pack review & quote

Send us your tech pack — within 48 hours we return the lead technologist's feedback, fabric suggestions, a CMT/FOB quote, and the sample lead time.

02. Sample development

The first sample is developed in 3–7 days. We send it with photos, measurements, and construction comments for your approval.

03. Fit & PP sample

After the fit form is approved, we make a Pre-Production sample — the reference used to launch the bulk run. Approved by you before bulk starts.

04. Fabric & trim sourcing

We work with verified suppliers in Turkey, China, and Korea. For FOB and Full Package we handle sourcing ourselves; for CMT we work with your materials.

05. Bulk production

The bulk run takes 14–35 days on dedicated lines: dresses, blouses, outerwear, knitwear. Capacity of up to 30,000 units per month.

06. In-line & final QC

In-line checks at every operation plus a final inspection to the AQL 2.5 standard. A defect report with photos (if any) is sent before shipment.

07. Packing & shipment

Custom packaging to your warehouse's requirements. Shipped FOB Bishkek or DDP to your address — Russia, the UAE, the EU, Turkey.

How to start working together

Request and tech-pack review

Send your tech pack, sketches, or references through the website form or WhatsApp. Within 48 hours our lead technologist returns construction feedback, fabric suggestions, and a preliminary quote.

Cost calculation and sample quote

We send a detailed CMT / FOB / Full Package cost breakdown for your volume, the sample development cost, and the sample lead time. We agree on the details and sign a sample agreement.

⏱ 1–2 days

Sample development and approval

We sew the first sample in 3-7 days and send it with photos, measurements, and the pattern maker's comments. Based on your feedback we make a fit sample and a PP sample — the reference standard for the bulk run.

⏱ 7–14 days

Contract and prepayment

We sign a production agreement with fixed timelines, volume, price, and late-delivery penalties. You pay a 50% deposit (depending on the working arrangement), and we launch fabric procurement.

⏱ 1–2 days

Bulk production and shipping

The bulk order is produced in 14-35 days with quality control at every operation. Final QC follows AQL 2.5, with a photo report and packaging to your requirements. We ship FOB Bishkek or DDP to your warehouse.

⏱ 35–45 days

In total, from your first message to a finished batch it takes 14-35 days. For rush orders we can shorten sample development and bulk lead time by up to 25% — this is discussed case by case.
